Upcoming Login Page Update
We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to our website login experience that will impact automated scripts. Currently, users enter their username and password on a single page. With this update, the login process will be split into two steps using the same URL. After entering a username and clicking Next, the page will refresh to display the password entry screen.
The planned implementation date will occur the morning of August 5, 2026. Please note, a UAT environment will not be available to test this functionality.
MPF Program - Changes to Receiving the Master Servicer Turnaround Report (TAR)
Effective Date: Immediately
New Process: All TARs will now be uploaded to ServicerConnect and can be accessed under the new “TAR Reports” tab. This enhancement centralizes the reports and allows you to download them directly from ServicerConnect.
Important Notes:
Only registered users will have access to these reports.
You will receive an email notification when TAR reports are available. The email includes a link to the ServicerConnect portal (the same site used for loan-level monthly reporting).
Attention MPF Xtra Product PFIs/Servicers
Fannie Mae has postponed the implementation of the expanded LAR 96 format until further notice. Additionally, MPF has posted an Investor Reporting Changes FAQ document for your reference.
